Bend Bullets 2025 Season Registration

The Bend Bullets 2025 season will consist of the following:

Projected Practice Times/Days

Practices start on Monday April 7 (dependent on the installation of the rink) and end Tuesday July 8. Times for each age group are subject to change.

Tuesdays

6:30-7:30 pm 8u, 10u

7:30-8:30 pm 12u, 14u

8:30-9:30 pm 16u, 18u

Thursdays

6:30-7:30 pm 8u, 10u

7:30-8:30 pm 12u, 14u

8:30-9:30 pm 16u, 18u

Sundays

5:00-6:00 pm 12u, 14u

6:00-7:00 pm 16u / 18u / PBR Cup

Team Tryouts

Due to the time constraints of when our rink can be installed, and when the first tournament will occur, we will be aiming to conduct team tryouts during the ice season, on ice. Details about when these tryouts will occur, and their format, will be posted as soon as possible. Both the tryout and a player's history with the program will be used to determine who makes each team's roster. The coaches will ensure that new players to the program are given every opportunity to showcase their skills prior to team selections.

Depending on the roster sizes at each age level, there may be opportunities for multiple teams.

For those players not selected for a team roster, there may be an opportunity to continue as a Development Player. Details about practice opportunities for development players will be determined as the season moves forward. We would encourage Development players to also enroll in the Bend Park and Rec league to add additional practices and games each week.

The initial registration payment will cover the team tryouts. For those players selected to a team roster, your next payment will occur once you accept a position on your team.

For those players selected to the Development Program, you will NOT be automatically charged beyond the initial season payment cost of $40. Development Players will pay a reduced fee, this fee will be based on the number of Development Players we have, and will be determined after the initial tryout period.

Tournaments

The 2025 Tournament Season will consist of the following 4 events:

~~NARCh Regional San Jose~~ ~~(Apr 11-13)~~ (This event will not be attended by the program as a whole, specific teams may attend at the discretion of the coaches)

TORHS Regional San Jose (May 3-4)

NARCH Regional Bend (June 13-15)

NARCH Finals (Jul 9-20)

The block schedule for the NARCh finals is:

8u - July 9-12 (2016 or younger)

10u - July 13-16 (2014 or younger)

12u - July 17-20 (2012 or younger)

14u - July 13-16 (2010 or younger)

16u - July 9-12 (2008 or younger)

18u - July 14-17 (2006 or younger)

(AAU Membership Requirement for all)

An AAU Membership is required to ensure everyone on the rink for our program is insured. This fee is paid by all participants for the tryout period and the regular season and is non-refundable - $20 (This will done outside the enrollment with the Bullets, see below for the link)

Enter players information and your information at the bottom and select Continue and proceed with purchasing your AAU Membership
Once complete, download and save a copy of your membership for your files. You can also create an account so you can login to retrieve your membership at anytime.

Players must have this completed before they can step on the rink in April. Please bring proof of your membership (member card or email receipt) to the first practice.

Season Costs

The initial season cost will include the team roster tryout. When you register this season, your account will be charged $40 on April 1 for this tryout. Please note: The tryout may occur before or after April 1.

For those players selected to a team, you will receive a notification to accept a spot on the team through Sports Connect. Once you accept a spot, your account will move into a payment plan where your 3 season payments will occur on April 25, May 25 and June 25, with the amounts dependent on which of the 3 divisions your player is registering for. Each installment payment will incur a $3 fee.

For those players selected as a Development Player, season costs covering rink and coaching expenses for one practice a week (Sundays) from April 20 to July 6, will be determined after the tryout period. There will be a separate Registration for Development Players that will go live at a later date.

For those players selected to a Team Roster, the following costs cover rink and coaching expenses for three practices a week (12u-18U), or two practices a week (8u & 10u), from April 8 to July 6; as well as tournament registration fees for three Regional tournaments and the NARCH Finals, along with the coaches travel expenses:

8u/10u - $900 (Includes tryout fee)
12/14/16u/18u - $1400 (Includes tryout fee)
ALL GOALIES - $800 (Includes tryout fee)

Also, please NOTE:

For players playing in an extra age division, there will be additional fees determined for each event.
There will NOT BE discounts or refunds for players that can't make a Regional Tournament or the Finals. Please consider this when registering, players are expected to commit to all events.
